Intersection of image, space and identity.

As a visual artist, I work within the intersection of image, space and identity. My primary practice includes photo-based exhibitions and installations; with a penchant for floating photo works on the surface of lakes. Playing with image and space invites an audience to reconsider aesthetics and social conditioning.

Other Voices

This video is connected to a research poster I gave at the British Dyslexia Association Conference 2024. It gives voice to anonymous participants who contributes comments to my survey of artists who identify as dyslexic or neurodiverse. The voices has been generated in Ai to preserve the identity of the individuals.

  • Artist

Art is more than making something beautiful. At best, it needs to have substance, meaning and invite audiences to ask questions. For me, art has the ability to affect change, disrupt and spearhead new ways of thinking.

  • Designer

Being a designer is more than creating print or digital material. The essence of good design is effective communication using visual tools. I use creative thinking and problem solving to create targeted design.

  • Curator

Collaborating with diverse artists to create meaningful exhibitions is part of my interest in curating. I utilise my experience as an artist and designer to bring together works of art and manipulate gallery space.
