Diverse Elements was the first my first solo exhibition in Naarm/Melbourne for ten years. It featured my initial practiced-Based research from my PhD in Visual Art. The exhibition was divided into four series or chapters, Mountain Out Of Words, The Swing, Finding Difference and Solace. Each of these chapters related to a different aspect of my research and focused on different materials, painting, photography, digital and video, as well as, artistic responses. My research titled Visualising the Invisible: An investigation into dyslexia and absence through visual art practice, explores dyslexia from lived experience.
